  • Booking Information
  • Sessions are held online via Zoom, Google Meet, or WhatsApp.
  • Sessions are generally available daily between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), subject to availability.
  • Purchasing this package does not automatically confirm specific appointment dates or times.
  • After completing your payment, you will receive a scheduling email within 12 hours to arrange your first session. Your local time zone will be taken into account.
  • The remaining sessions will be scheduled directly with Niksou based on your progress, needs, and mutual availability.
  • Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see the scheduling email.

  • Each confirmed appointment may be rescheduled up to two times, provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given.
  • Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before a confirmed appointment may result in that session being considered used.
  • Missed appointments without notice are considered used.
  • All three sessions must be completed within six months of the purchase date. Any sessions remaining after this period will expire unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Refund & Cancellation Policy

Completed sessions are non-refundable.

A refund may be requested for any unused sessions remaining in the package. The refund amount will be calculated based on the value of the unused sessions, after deducting the full standard value of any completed or missed sessions and any non-refundable payment-processing fees.

Cancellations, rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before a confirmed appointment, and missed appointments are not eligible for a refund or replacement session.

If Niksou is unable to offer a mutually suitable appointment time for the first session, you may request a full refund before any session takes place.

Coaching is educational and supportive in nature. It is not medical care, psychotherapy, psychological treatment, psychiatric treatment, diagnosis, or crisis support, and it is not a substitute for services provided by a licensed healthcare professional.
