  • Booking Information
  • Sessions are held online via FaceTime, Zoom, Google Meet, or WhatsApp.
  • Sessions are generally available daily between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), subject to availability.
  • Purchasing this session does not automatically confirm a specific appointment time.
  • After completing your payment, you will receive a scheduling email within 12 hours to arrange a mutually suitable date and time. Your local time zone will be taken into account.
  • Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see the scheduling email.

  • A confirmed appointment may be rescheduled up to two times, provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given.
  • Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the confirmed appointment may be treated as a used session.
  • Missed appointments without notice are considered used.

This single coaching session is non-refundable after purchase.

Once an appointment has been confirmed, you may reschedule it up to two times by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations, rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session, and missed appointments are not eligible for a refund or replacement session.

If Niksou is unable to offer a mutually suitable appointment time, you may request a full refund before the session takes place.
