Hi, I’m Niksou
Creator of The Seven-Dimensional Method
My journey began at the age of 12, when I became fascinated by the natural world and discovered my grandfather’s collection of books on traditional medicine, herbal remedies, and the human body.
I spent countless hours reading and exploring, driven by a growing curiosity about health, healing, and the human experience.
The more I learned about how the human body works, the more I was amazed by its intelligence, precision, and complexity.
Yet over time, I began to notice that physical health was only part of the story. Many of the challenges people faced could not be fully explained by the body alone. This led me to explore psychology, philosophy, spirituality, and the deeper dimensions of human experience.
As the years passed, a more complete picture of the human being began to emerge.
I came to see that we are far more than a body, a mind, or even a single spiritual reality. Human experience unfolds across multiple interconnected dimensions, each influencing the others in ways that are often unseen.
Our physical, mental, emotional, intuitive, and spiritual lives are not separate parts of who we are, but expressions of a deeper interconnected whole.
The more I understood these dimensions and their relationships, the more I realized they could provide a practical framework for healing, growth, and transformation.
Gradually, these insights came together into a single framework—what would later become the Seven-Dimensional Method.
Over the past 15 years, I have had the privilege of supporting hundreds of seekers facing a wide range of challenges, helping them restore balance, deepen self-understanding, and reconnect with their innate capacity.
Putting the Method Into Practice
To help people apply the Seven-Dimensional Method in a practical way, I created three online programs and a collection of resources designed to support healing, self-discovery, and lasting transformation.
My Vision
In a world that constantly pulls our attention outward, my vision is to help people slow down long enough to hear themselves again and reconnect with what truly matters.
