  • Booking Information
  • Sessions are held online via Zoom, Google Meet, or WhatsApp.
  • Sessions are generally available daily between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), subject to availability.
  • Purchasing this package does not automatically confirm specific appointment dates or times.
  • After completing your payment, you will receive a scheduling email within 12 hours to arrange your first session. Your local time zone will be taken into account.
  • The remaining sessions will be scheduled directly with Niksou based on your progress, individual needs, and mutual availability.
  • Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see the scheduling email.

  • Each confirmed appointment may be rescheduled up to two times, provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given.
  • Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before a confirmed appointment may result in that session being considered used.
  • Missed appointments without notice are considered used.
  • All ten sessions must be completed within 12 months of the purchase date. Any unused sessions remaining after this period will expire unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Refund & Cancellation Policy

Completed sessions are non-refundable.

A refund may be requested for unused sessions remaining in the package. The refund amount will be calculated after deducting the full standard value of all completed, missed, or late-cancelled sessions, together with any non-refundable payment-processing fees.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before a confirmed appointment are not eligible for a refund or replacement session. Missed appointments without notice are also considered used.

If Niksou is unable to offer a mutually suitable appointment time for the first session, you may request a full refund before any session takes place.
